1. By enrolling in
the Jeff Stryker Underground Preferred Gold Membership, I agree to be bound
by these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change
by Jeff Stryker's Underground at any time, and changes are effective upon the
po sting of them on "http://www.js-grand.com" web site.
2. Club subscribers are responsible for paying periodic subscription fees according
to the then-current billing terms. Fees may be paid online at Jeff Stryker's
Underground with a valid credit card. This Site contains more than the equivalent
of one average e hardcore magazine priced at $24.95. For this reason, the monthly
membership fee cannot be refunded. Viewing one time is worth the monthly charge.
This site allows unlimited access and viewing, usage for the same fee. Concerns
by customers regarding this policy should be submitted to "accounts@jeff-stryker.com".
3. Subscriptions may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity.
Subscriber agrees to immediately inform Jeff Stryker's Underground of any apparent
breeches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use
of a Subscribe er's password or other account data. A Subscriber's liability
in cases of unauthorized use of the Jeff Stryker's Preferred Gold Club Membership
Privileges may raise substantially in cases where Subscriber is aware of security
breach but does not inform Je ff Stryker's Underground of such breech in a timely
manner. Unauthorized access to Jeff Stryker's Underground is a violation of
law. Please do not share your password. We will permanently terminate access
to any User who is found doing so and criminal/civ il charges may be filed.
4. Subsciptions to Jeff Stryker's Preferred Gold Club may be terminated at any
time, with or without just cause, by either Jeff Stryker's Preferred Gold Club
or the Subscriber upon written notification to the other. Subscribers are liable
for all charges, includingmemberships purchased, up to and until termination
of service. (If you choose, at your option, to have automatic membership renewals
on this system, then later decide to cancel your membership, you need to let
us know at the applicable time.)
5. Access to Jeff Stryker's Preferred Gold Club is made available via a User
ID and Password System. Each Subscriber must keep his password strictly confidential.
Jeff Stryker's Preferred Gold Club, although not responsible to assisting Subscribers
in reg aining their lost passwords, will, when time permits, try and assist
the Subscriber in verification of their password. This process usually takes
about two weeks, during which time the Subscriber is still responsible for the
Subscriber fees associated wit h the account. The best protection for the Subscriber
is to not to lose the password.
6. Subsciber agrees to immediately inform Jeff Stryker's Underground of any
changes in credit card number, expiration date, subsciber address, or similiar
information. Otherwise, your service may be disconnected due to credit card
rejection.
7. Any liability of Jeff Stryker's Underground, for any cause or reason, shall
be strictly limited to the amount paid by the Subscriber.
8. No warranty is made by Jeff Stryker's Underground regarding any information,
services, or products provided by or through the online service, including but
not limited to, any warranties as to the availability, accuracy, or content
of the information o r services provided herein. No authorization is given to
reporduce or reuse any gif, picture, video/audio or statement in whole or in
part. Any such usage is illegal and we are not responsible for any damages that
may occur in such illegal usage, nor can the Site be held liable for any inaccuracies
or incorrect statements.
9. All material displayed on Jeff Stryker's Underground is the copyrighted property
of Stryker Production and shall not be redistributed in any form whatsoever
without the express written consent of Stryker Production. All material online
is for the privat e, non-commercial usage of Subscribers in the privacy of their
own home. Any other usage is strictly prohibited.
10. Any messages submitted by Subscribers to Jeff Stryker Underground shall
be submitted to the proper e-mail address.
11.This Agreement, and all business conducted under it, shall be governed by
the laws of California. The County of jurisdiction is Los Angeles.
